Notes: Phil is the Ducks' manager, he used to be the manager for Anaheim's former team, the Mighty Frogs whom have moved to New Jersey. After Phil saw how well the Ducks play hockey, he immediately signed them as the NHL's newest team. His greedy nature & lower intelegence than Josh's does get rather annoying to the teams, a few times it's even gotten them in trouble! But, he does do a really good job at taking care of the paper work & other crap which means the Ducks are free to go fight crime 24/7. Phil is currently divorced and lives in the apartment nextdoor to the Trainers' manager, Ryan.
