Quest of the Unicorn.

Part 2.

Rika (VO): Last time, Borg transported the Trainers, Zelda, Nosedive & Duke to a mystical forest where they have to help Amalthea find her fellow unicorns. But Asteroth kidnapped Eilony, where in the tower she met a little goat-legged faun named Yenju. The guardian of the forest told them where Asteroth is, and brought the other Ducks. But when they got there, the goblins took the Trainers and demons took Amalthea prisoner.

My fellow Pokemon Trainers; Josh & my sister Eilony are going into Asteroth’s kitchen to find an antidote to turn me & the other Trainers back from being zombies.

Josh: We should be near the kitchen soon.

Eilony: Then we’ll free the others.

They get there, the chef troll Juga is in there.

Josh: (Gasps) The chef’s in there. Put this on.

They put on the fake glasses/mustache disguises and go in while Juga’s chopping carrots.

Josh (German accent:) Greetings, zis here is a very nice kitchen you have.

Juga: And just who might you 2 be?

Eilony (high voice:) Oh, why we’re the, uh, kitchen inspectors. Yeah, that’s it.

Juga: I didn’t expect any inspectors.

Josh: Vell, ve, uh… Ah-ha! Zare is a patch of dust on ze window.

Juga: (Gasps) Asteroth wouldn’t like that.

He looks under the sink for the Wind-X, while Josh & Eilony look in the cabinet for the antidote.

Josh (normal accent): Uh, let’s see… Ah! “Zombie Cure 2000”, this should work.

Juga: (Gasping) Don’t tell Asteroth there’s a smudge on the window.

Eilony: No problem, we’re done here anyway.

While Juga cleans the window, Eilony & Josh go into the dinning room again.

Josh: O.K., we got 2 bottles of “Zombie Cure”, you’ll take one & I’ll take the other.

Eilony (normal voice): Says here, we gotta spray in victim’s face to cure them.

Josh: O.K., I’ll go this way, you go that way.

Josh goes in the dungeon while Eilony goes into the tower. Meanwhile, Duke, Bulbasaur, Mallory & Seel get to the stable as Parco returns.

Parco: Huh? Get them!

The demons come, but they’re outsmarted easily, like Duke leads them into a pile of poo.

Demons: (Groaning)

Duke: Mal, free the one out there while Bulbasaur & I get the others.

They do that, Mallory & Seel go out to a corral where Lir, the great unicorn stallion, is tied to a post. He sees them and rears up.

Lir: (Frightened neighing)

Mallory: Calm down, calm down. We’re not gonna hurt ya.

Seel: Seel, Seel.

Lir calms down a bit.

Mallory: Atta-boy. Who are you and how long have you’ve been tied up?

Lir: My name is Lir. I’ve been tied since this morning, without food or water.

Mallory: Aw, sorry boy.

She cuts the ropes and lets Lir free.

Lir: Thank you.

Mallory: Anytime, Lir.

They go out the back, while Duke & Amalthea are freeing the other unicorns.

Amalthea: Duke, the ones with red eyes are under control of Asteroth.

Duke: How do we free ‘em, sweetheart?

Amalthea: Me & my mate can, but only if the amulet is returned to Cano.

Bulbasaur: Bulbasaur.

They start freeing the unicorns who aren’t cursed.

Amalthea: Brothers & sisters, you are free.

All: (Neighing)

Duke: Now, back outside.

Meanwhile, Josh goes down to the dungeon and sees Gosalyn mopping the floor, he sprays the “Zombie Cure” crap in her face.

Gosalyn: Ack! Hey! What’s the big idea sprayin’ stuff me in the face?

Josh: Gosalyn’s back to normal.

Gosalyn: Huh? What are ya talkin’ about?

Josh: You were a zombie. C’mon, we gotta free the others from the spell.

(Puck shoots by) In the tower cell, Eilony’s faun friend, Yenju, gets the loose cinder block out of the wall.

Yenju: Yes! I’m free! I’m free! (kisses floor, spits) Now to find Eilony.

He starts looking for her, and run into her.

Eilony: Yenju, ya made it out.

Yenju: Sure did. I forgot to warn you about the stuff in the food Asteroth gives ya. Once it’s eaten by us mythical beings, we become goblins, demons, trolls &/or ogres.

Eilony: Well, Sara & the others already ate the food and turned into zombies.

Yenju: Who’s Sara?

Eilony: My big sister, she & my friends were trying to save the unicorns as well. C’mon.

She picks him up and puts him on her shoulder as they look for me & the others. (Poke ball swoops by) The other Ducks, Borg, Zelda & other Poke-buddies are going through the castle.

Wildwing: All right, Grin, you & Nosedive look in the dungeon, Borg & Zelda, you in the hallway, Tanya & I’ll get to the tower.

Charmander: Char, Char.

Wildwing: Let’s move.

They go in different directions, Grin, Sandshrew, Squirtle & N.D. (Nosedive) run into Josh & Gosalyn.

Nosedive: Gos, Josh, where are the others?

Josh: We don’t know, the only one I found down here was Gosalyn.

Squirtle: Squirtle, Squirtle-Squirtle, Squirt-Squirtle?

Josh: Are you askin’ where Eilony is?
Squirtle: Squirtle.

Josh: I told her to go in the tower, she’s bound to find the others up there.

Nosedive: Then let’s quit talkin’ and start rockin’.

(Puck flies by) Wildwing, Charmander, Growler & Tanya are going though the tower and see Eilony & Yenju.

Wildwing: Eilony, what’s goin’ on?

Eilony: Asteroth was being nice and he invited us to have dinner, but the food made Buzz, Sara, Gosalyn & Louie into zombies.

Yenju: El, I think I see your sister over there.

Charmander: Char, Char!

There’s me, Sara Cicero, dusting a suit of armor, they go to me, Eilony sprays the Zombie Cure in my face.

Sara: (Sniffs) Mmm, lime.

Eilony: Great to have ya back, sis.

Sara: Where’d I go?

Yenju: Nowhere, Asteroth just turned ya into a zombie.

Sara: Oh. Who’s the little goat-legged dude?

Eilony: Oh, this is Yenju.

Yenju: Hey.

Growler: Growl, Growl.

He nods towards the door, we follow him.

Tanya: He must be leading us to the others.

Charmander: Char.

Yenju: El, you & I better get Cano’s pendant back from Asteroth.

They go there. (puck flies by) Zelda & Borg are going through the hallway and find Buzz & Louie dusting the pictures & suits of armor.

Zelda: Louie, Buzz, we gotta get outta here, for all we know, Asteroth’s demons may’ve already kidnapped Amalthea’s foals.

They turn to them.

Both: We obey only Asteroth. (get back to work)

Borg: They’re under a spell.

Josh, Gosalyn, N.D., Grin, Squirtle & Sandshrew come, Josh sprays the Zombie Cure in Louie & Buzz’s faces.

Louie: Huh? What happened?

Zelda: No time to explain, c‘mon.

(Poke ball swoops by) We all reunite with each other outside.

Sara: Great, everyone’s back in one piece.

Mallory: Wait, where’s Eilony?

Wildwing: She & her new friend are getting Cano’s pendant.

Meanwhile, Eilony & Yenju are getting to Asteroth’s thrown room.

Eilony: You sure this is the thrown room?

Yenju: Sure I’m sure.

They peek in and see the pendant hung against the wall while Asteroth is sleeping in his thrown.

Yenju: Shh. If he catches us, we’re goners.

Eilony: Don’t worry, I’ve got backup. (points to Poke balls)

She takes off her shoes, holds them in her hand and tiptoes into the thrown room with Yenju is on her shoulder.

Asteroth: (Snoring)

They get to the pendant, Eilony can’t reach it.

Eilony (grunting, whispering): Yenju, climb on my head, and see if you could reach it.

He does that, and succeeds.

Eilony: Yes.

Yenju: WHOA!!

He slips and falls on Asteroth’s lap!

Asteroth: Huh? You!

Eilony: Yenju, look out!

Yenju: Uh-oh.

Asteroth gets up and throws Yenju, but Eilony catches him in time.

Asteroth: Give me that pendant!

Eilony: No way, Jose!

After Eilony gets her shoes back on, she & Yenju run for the door but Onrog, Balthar & Xorp are there.

Onrog: (Chuckling evilly)

Eilony: Go Staryu!

She throws a Poke ball and releases Staryu.

Eilony: Staryu, Tackle attack!

Staryu: Hyah!

Staryu Tackles Onrog, Balthar & Xorp, but Asteroth grabs her and holds her out the window.

Eilony: Aah! Hey! Let me go, or you’ll be sorry!

Asteroth: Oh, it’d be my pleasure.

Eilony: (Gasping)

Just before he could drop her, Yenju gets on his shoulder and jams his horns into his head.

Asteroth: Aah!

Staryu Tackles him and he lets Eilony go!

Eilony: Whoa!

Asteroth throws Yenju off him and Staryu jumps after them.

Sara: Eilony!

Buzz: Grab ‘em, Dragonite!

He throws his Poke ball and releases Dragonite.

Dragonite: (Roars)

Eilony, Yenju & Staryu land on Dragonite’s back in time, he lands and lets them off.

Nosedive: El, you all right?

Eilony: I’m fine, but I didn’t get the pendant.

Yenju: Hmm-hmm.

He holds out his right hand to reveal the pendant.

Borg: Why, you little pickpocket.

Zelda: Good one, Yenju.

Bulbasaur: Bulba.

Hurricane: Come, we must get it back to Cano.

Wildwing: Mallory, Gos, Tanya, Buzz, Zelda, Lir, Sara & I’ll save the forest from the demons.

Sara: The rest of you will get the pendant back to Cano.

(Puck shoots by) The others get to Cai-Wing’s tunnel.

Cai-Wing: Hold it.

Duke: We all do resect, Cai-Wing, but…

Cai-Wing: Don’t worry. Because you are in a hurry, you can do only 1 riddle.

Josh: Sounds fair.

Cai-Wing: What kind of room has no walls?

Louie: I know this one. A mushroom.

Cai-Wing: Correct. You may pass. Don’t tell anyone I’ve gone soft.

Eilony: Okey-dokey.

The others get to Cano’s cave.

Amalthea: Oh great guardian of the forest, we bring back your pendant.

Cano: Thank you all. (coughs)

Josh, Louie, Grin & Eilony go to him and try to hold his head up.

All: (Grunting)

Duke: Easy, steady.

Cano's head nearly squashes the others.

All: Whoa!

Duke: Steady, Cano.

Buzz: Hurry up, he weighs a ton.

Josh: What’d ya expect? He’s no bigger & looks no different than Asteroth’s dragon form.

Eilony: Except he’s green instead of red.

Borg places the pendant around Cano’s neck, he regains his strength.

Cano: Thank you, my friends, I now have enough power to stop Asteroth and turn the other unicorns back to normal.

He flies off. Meanwhile, the Ducks are on their jet-blades as Zelda flies & Lir gallops, me, Gosalyn & Buzz run with all our might.

Sara: (Breathing heavily)

Lir: You’re too slow, get on!

Charmander & I get on his back as the other unicorns who aren’t cursed come. My fellow Trainers & their Poke buddies get on them.

Buzz: I hope we’re not too late.

Lir: Fear not, Buzz. We’ll save my foals.

Gosalyn: Probably easier said than done.

(Puck flies by) The demons riding on the cursed unicorns make it to the forest and some of them start looking.

Crito: Now, where could Amalthea’s foals be?

Dreq: (Scoffs) Everyone knows every unicorn nest has a different flower.

Vuje: And Hurricane & Amalthea’s is a sky-blue violet. Hmm, hmm.

Vuje notices them coming out from under the weeping willow.

Purity: (Questioned whinny)

Basle: (Determined nicker)

Basle leads his sisters outside, there they meet the demons.

All: (Neighs)

Vuje: Aren’t they simply adorable?

He picks up Granity.

Granity: (High-pitched neigh)

Basle: (Shrill neighing)

Crito: Scram, ya little pest.

Just then, me & the others come.

Dreq: Well, we’ve been expecting you.

Vuje: Yeah. This little filly’s sure a cutie.

Zelda: Hey, those unicorns are just babies, leave them alone.

Lir: (Nickers harshly)

He comes in front of Vuje.

Lir: Yes. Release young Granity.

Vuje: (Nervous laugh) No argument here.

He sets Granity down, tries to run off but Lir lifts him with his horn and spins him.

Vuje: Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Aah!

He throws him, and Vuje crashes into a tree.

Vuje: (Groans)

Charmander: Char, Char!

Lir: Basle, I told you not to rush yourself or your sisters into things.

Basle: (Guilty nicker)

The demons start attacking again, the Ducks shoot pucks at them as my fellow Trainers & I get out a Poke ball.

Sara: Go Mr. Mime!

Buzz: You’re up, Rhyhorn!

Gosalyn: Kadabra, I choose you!

We release our Pokemon.

Buzz: Rhyhorn, Horn Attack!

Rhyhorn: (Roars)

He uses his Horn Attack on the demons and knocks them off the unicorns.

Demons: (Groaning)

Parco: Remember men, if at first you don’t succeed… RUN!!

Parco & the other demons run off as Cano lands & the others come. My fellow Trainers & I get off the unicorns’ backs.

Amalthea: Lir, my love.

Lir: Amalthea, with Cano all right again, we shall set free the others.

Foals: (Shrill neighing)

Amalthea: (Nuzzles foals’ manes)

Meanwhile, Asteroth isn’t too happy about this.

Asteroth: (Frustrated grunt) That child and the little traitor, Yenju! I’ll show them not to mess with the Lord of the Red Dragon!

He goes to his cabinet and gets out a pendant that looks like his old one.

Asteroth: I summon the power of the Red Dragon!

He turns into a fire-breathing dragon and flies outside.

Asteroth: Those mere children, mortals, Borg, Amalthea, Lir & Yenju will pay!

He starts breathing fire everywhere, but Cano flies up to him and they start battling.

Both: (Roaring)

Yenju: You can beat him, Cano!

Zelda: Don’t give up!

Asteroth breathes fire while Cano breathes a yellow beam at each other, it smudges together.

Charmander: Charmander, Char, Char!

Zelda: “We all believe in you, Cano!”

Suddenly, Lir & Amalthea’s horns glow.

Both: (Neighing)

They run up the spiral road on a mountain, get to the top and rainbow beams shoot out from the tip of their horns.

Asteroth: (Roaring)

His pendant gets destroyed, Cano, Amalthea & Lir turn Asteroth into a toad.

Onrog: He’s not gonna be happy when he changes back.

Xorp: You mean if he changes back.

Onrog: “If”. “If” is good.

Eilony picks Asteroth up.

Eilony: Aw, he’s cute as a toad, can I keep him?

Wildwing: No, you can’t keep him.

Nosedive: Well, can I?

Wildwing: You can’t either.

Both: Aww…

Eilony sets him down, he hops away to his castle with Balthar close behind.

Asteroth: You haven’t seen the last of Asteroth!

Balthar: Nor me!

They escape as Cano turns Onrog & Xorp back into hobgoblins, the goblins to fauns, the demons back into fairies, Parco & Juga into gnomes, ogres to pixies and the unicorns good.

Onrog: Man, good to be back.

Xorp: You can say that again.

Someone: (Chuckling)

Just then, we see some guy with a pointy hat come from behind a tree.

Josh: Is that who I think it is?

Borg: That, Josh, is Schmenderek the magician.

Schmenderek: I was the one who gave Asteroth that cheap imitation of his old pendant.

Mallory: You mean…?

Schmenderek: Yep, gave him that pendant saying it would give him great powers just like before.

Bulbasaur: Bulbasaur.

Zelda He said, “What a sucker”. But wait, why’d he steal Cano’s?

Schmenderek: He first stole Cano’s pendant, but he thought what if it didn’t work for him? So, he then bought the cheap copy from me. Well, I must be on my way.

Borg: I must go also, my work here is done. Fair well, my friends.

Zelda: See ya, Borg.

He & Schmenderek go their separate ways.

All: (Shouting “good-bye”)

Tanya: We’d better go too, practice is in 3 hours.

Sara: Aw! Just a few more minutes longer?

Buzz: Yeah.

Wildwing: Well... all right.

Buzz & Sara: Whoo-hoo! (high-five)

(Puck swoops by) We spend 20 minutes there, Onrog, Xorp & Yenju are with Cano.

Cano: Onrog, Xorp & Yenju, you 3 shall be the guardians of the unicorns, you shall protect them from any danger. Onrog & Xorp, you can get your real names back.

Xorp: Sounds good to me.

Onrog: Ditto.

Cano: Now, I must go back to my cave.

Yenju: See ya, Cano.

He flies back to his cave.

Yenju: Say, what are your real names, guys?

Gorno: That’s no prob., they’re just spelled backwards.

Yenju: Oh yeah, that’s right. Asteroth controls you by spelling your name backwards.

Later, Lavender goes to Eilony and brings her a purple stone.

Eilony: Huh? What’s this?

Zelda: It’s your Youth Stone, Eilony, the blue peace sign.

Eilony: Wow. Thanks Lavender.

Amalthea & the little foals see Lir and come to him, with background music: "The Last Unicorn" from the movie by the same title, owned & (c) Rankin/Bass & anyone else, and preformed by America.

America: When the last eagle flies over the last crumbling mountain.

Lir & Amalthea stroke each others’ mane with love.

America: When the last lion roars at the last dusty fountain.

Foals: (High-pitched whinnying)

Lir & Amalthea nuzzle the foals.

America: In the shadow of the forest, though she may be old & worn.

All the other unicorns & us are watching.

America: They will star unbelieving at the Last Unicorn.

Mallory: They look so beautiful together.

Lir: (Nickering)

Lir nods at the mountain path.

Amalthea: (Whinnies)

He, Amalthea & the little foals run up.

America: When the first breath of winter, through the flowers is icing and you look to the north and a pale moon is rising.

They get to the top and look down with pride.

America: And it seems like all is dying and it would leave the world to morn.

A light green colt named Telo comes to Josh, he scoops him up.

America: In the distance hear the laughter of the last unicorn! I'm alive! I'm alive!

I do the same with Eilony, so does Zelda (being on bipedal) with Charmander.

Buzz: This is so cool.

Louie takes a few pictures.

Wildwing: But how do we get home?

Nosedive: Just a few more minutes?

Josh: Yeah, how 'bout after the song ends?

Wildwing: Sounds fair.

Charmander: Charmander, Char.

(Music continues)

America: When the last moon is cast over the last star of morning. And the future has passed without even a last desperate warning.

A light blue mare named Mikila comes next to Duke.

America: Then look into the sky where through, the clouds a path is born.

Lir, Amalthea & their foals rear up.

Both: (Neighing)

Foals: (Shrill neighing)

America: Look and see her how she sparkles, it's the Last Unicorn!

The others join in.

Unicorns: (Neighing)

America: I'm alive! I'm alive!

After the unicorns stop, Josh puts Telo down, he goes to his mother, Mikila. The leaders run down the path.

Basle: (Nickers)

They come down.

(song ends)

The leaders come to us as Zelda & I set Charmander & Eilony down, the purple dragon goes to quadruped.

Lir: I thank you all for saving our friends from Asteroth.

Wildwing: Don’t mention it, Lir.

Mallory: Well, how do we get home?

Amalthea: Mikila knows how.

Mikila: Yes, come with me. But first, you may say good-bye.

Sara: O.K. Bye everyone.

Josh: Bye Lir.

Gosalyn: So long, Amalthea.

Buzz: Bye Purity, Lavender, Granity & Basle.

Eilony: I’ll miss you, Yenju.

Yenju: Don’t worry, you can always come back.

Gorno: With this.

He hands her a unicorn pendant.

Eilony: Hey thanks.

Prox: Whenever you want to come back, just hold onto it, think of your friends here and “poof!” you’re back here.

Mikila: Yes. Now come.

We follow Mikila. (puck shoots by) We’re at a boulder shaped like the crescent moon.

Mikila: Touch the Moon Rock and after a few seconds, it’ll transport you home.

Wildwing: Thanks Mikila.

Louie: So long.

Grin: We’ll always remember you.

Sandshrew: Cha.

Louie pets her. We do as she said and we’re back at the Pond in the Ready Room. Buzz looks at his watch.

Buzz: What do ya know, only 2 hours ‘til you guys have practice.

Wildwing: Well, least we have time before practice.

Josh: Yeah, and the bowling ally’s still open.

Gosalyn: And me & Louie are in time for dinner.

Louie: Yeah, later.

Eilony: See ya, Gos & Lou.

Gosalyn & Louie go home, the Ducks go to the mall.

Eilony: Hey Sara?

Sara: Yeah?

Eilony: Think before we go bowling, I can try out my Youth Stone?

Sara: Sure.

Eilony: All right. Go Parasect!

She releases her Parasect.

Eilony: Parasect, would you mind if I use the Youth Stone on ya?

Parasect: Parasect, Parasect.

Zelda: She said, “Be my guest.”

Eilony uses the Youth Stone on her, she Pre-Evolves to Paras. I activate my Poke com.

Poke com: Paras, the Mushroom Pokemon, the Pre-Evolved form of Parasect; Rare mushrooms grow on its back.

Eilony returns her to the Poke ball before my fellow Trainers & I go to the bowling ally as Zelda & our Poke-buddies hang around.
