Bad Rap: The main villain & leader of the Raptors, he has a metal braces-like device around his mouth, he used to have a laser-blaster that was destroyed by the Ex-Dinos. He's very cunning, evil & calculating. Highly loyal to his betraying creator, Argor Zardof (sp?) and is assisted by his henchmen & partner the wicked Imaginary Fiend, Duchess.

Haxx: The least intelegent of the Raptors, he actually has a good side to him. But he's still a dangerous nemesis. His tail is made of metal and he has holo-blades on his wrists that can slice through anything. A friend of Sara's, Derek once thought he was lonely deep down and tried to change him, even be his friend. But Haxx retained his evilness and betrayed Derek until the Ex-Dinos, Indy & the sidekicks were able to save the boy.

Spittor: The brains of the Raptors, he develops, repairs & invents most of the gadgets the bad guys use to fight against the good guys. He's more sarcastic, nasty & cynical than Bad Rap, yet far smarter than Haxx. He wears a fluid tank on his back conected to a hose & device around his mouth which he can use to spit defferent liquids from acid to glue.

Dr. Becky Scarwell: A secretive scientist who works for a Government base and has been researching mutations and extra-terrestrials. She captured the Extreme Dinosaurs more than once, learning in the process how intelligent they are. Her partner is Professor Charles Flintwood. Sara's aunt, Dr. Sheila Rodrigues used to work for Scarwell, ever since Shiela accidentally let the phone number for the base slip out, Sara's made Scarwell & Flintwood the main targets of her prank phone calls.

Professor Charles Flintwood: Scarwell's partner, he's a little more naive than Scarwell but still a dangerous person. He invented the gadgets & arrows Sara uses for stopping bad guys before Sara swiped them and her brainy friend Bobby modified them. He's also responible for Prof. Fossilman's death after he became jealous of his fame, fortune & family. And to think, they were such good friends. <--He's an OC but I decided to place him in the villains section.

Terrence: Mac's 13-year-old brother. Exceptionally dense and lacking any sense of compassion, he constantly bullies Mac and Bloo. He's even assisted the Raptors more than once.

Her Royal Duchess Diamond Persnickity, the First, Last & Only: Duchess, as she is commonly called, is a cross, selfish, ungrateful imaginary fiend. Due to an oath, everyone must cater and care to her every need, although she complains nonstop, and wishes to leave the foster home. She did leave once, but was returned from her adoptive family quickly by Mac and Bloo, due to her disturbing the neighbors with her horrible screaming and shouting. But she was adopted by Bad Rap and became his partner in villainy.
